1. Quién puede participar
Puede inscribirse cualquier persona o empresa, sea cliente de SELBUK o no. Toda inscripción la revisamos antes de emitir el enlace, y podemos no aceptarla.
No pueden participar los empleados de SELBUK ni quienes trabajen con nosotros en la venta del producto, ni se puede usar el programa para las cuentas propias de quien refiere.
2. Qué cuenta como referido válido
Un referido genera premio cuando se cumple todo lo siguiente:
- Es una cuenta nueva: ni el correo ni el negocio existían antes en SELBUK.
- Se registró a través del enlace de quien refiere.
- Contrató un plan pago, cualquiera de ellos.
- Se le cobró la primera factura con éxito.
- Pasaron 30 días desde ese cobro sin cancelar, sin bajar al plan gratuito y sin reembolso.
El premio es de 50 dólares por referido válido, igual para todos los planes pagos. El programa aplica a SELBUK CRM.
3. Cómo se atribuye un referido
Al abrir un enlace de referido se guarda el código durante 90 días. Si la persona se registra dentro de ese plazo, el referido se atribuye a ese enlace.
Si alguien llega por dos enlaces distintos, cuenta el más reciente. Una vez que la cuenta referida paga, la atribución queda fija y ya no cambia.
4. Cómo se paga
Si quien refiere es cliente de SELBUK en un plan pago, el premio se abona como crédito en su cuenta y se descuenta de su siguiente cobro.
Si no es cliente, se paga por transferencia bancaria a una cuenta en alguno de los países donde operamos, cada 50 dólares y sin mínimo acumulado. Los datos bancarios se piden al momento del primer pago.
Los impuestos que correspondan por recibir estos pagos corren por cuenta de quien los recibe. Cuando la ley nos obligue a retener o a reportar, lo haremos.
5. El crédito
El crédito se acumula y se va consumiendo en los cobros siguientes. No es canjeable por dinero, no se devuelve si la cuenta se da de baja, y vence a los 12 meses de haberse ganado.
6. Fraude y abuso
Podemos rechazar, retener o revertir un premio ya entregado cuando encontremos señales de fraude o de abuso del programa. Entre otras: referirse a uno mismo, cuentas creadas con datos falsos o correos desechables, cuentas que se registran y nunca usan el sistema, y varias cuentas creadas por la misma persona.
Las inscripciones y los premios que quedan marcados los revisa una persona antes de pagarse.
7. Cambios y fin del programa
Podemos cambiar las condiciones o terminar el programa avisando con antelación razonable. Lo ya ganado se respeta: un referido que cumplió las condiciones antes del cambio se paga con las reglas que había.
8. Datos de quien se registra
A quien refiere le mostramos, de cada cuenta que llegó por su enlace, el nombre del negocio, la fecha, el plan y el estado del premio. Nunca el correo, el teléfono ni ningún otro dato de contacto de esa cuenta.
El tratamiento de los datos personales se rige por nuestra política de privacidad.
1. Who can take part
Any person or company can apply, whether or not they are a SELBUK customer. We review every application before issuing a link, and we may decline it.
SELBUK employees and anyone who works with us selling the product cannot take part, and the program cannot be used for the referrer's own accounts.
2. What counts as a valid referral
A referral earns a reward when all of the following are true:
- It is a new account: neither the email nor the business existed in SELBUK before.
- They signed up through the referrer's link.
- They subscribed to a paid plan, any of them.
- Their first invoice was charged successfully.
- 30 days passed from that charge without cancelling, without dropping to the free plan and without a refund.
The reward is 50 US dollars per valid referral, the same for every paid plan. The program applies to SELBUK CRM.
3. How a referral is attributed
Opening a referral link stores the code for 90 days. If the person signs up within that period, the referral is attributed to that link.
If someone arrives through two different links, the most recent one counts. Once the referred account pays, attribution is fixed and no longer changes.
4. How we pay
If the referrer is a SELBUK customer on a paid plan, the reward is applied as credit on their account and comes off their next charge.
If they are not a customer, it is paid by bank transfer to an account in one of the countries where we operate, every 50 dollars and with no minimum to reach. Bank details are requested at the time of the first payment.
Any taxes owed on receiving these payments are the recipient's responsibility. Where the law requires us to withhold or report, we will.
5. The credit
Credit accumulates and is consumed on following charges. It is not redeemable for cash, it is not refunded if the account is closed, and it expires 12 months after being earned.
6. Fraud and abuse
We may decline, withhold or reverse a reward already paid where we find signs of fraud or abuse of the program. Among others: self-referral, accounts created with false details or disposable emails, accounts that sign up and never use the system, and multiple accounts created by the same person.
Applications and rewards that get flagged are reviewed by a person before being paid.
7. Changes and ending the program
We may change the conditions or end the program with reasonable notice. What has already been earned is honoured: a referral that met the conditions before the change is paid under the rules that applied then.
8. Details of the person who signs up
For each account that came through their link, we show the referrer the business name, the date, the plan and the status of the reward. Never the email, the phone number or any other contact detail of that account.
